At Noi Gardens, every plant is carefully grown, cared for, and handpicked before it is packed for delivery. We do our best to ensure each order arrives in good condition.
As plants are living products, please note the following:
Natural variation is normal
Each plant is unique. Differences in leaf shape, size, color, fullness, and overall appearance may occur due to natural growth conditions. Product photos are for reference only.
White marks or residue may be fungicide powder
Some plants may have white stains or powder on the leaves. This is usually fungicide residue used as part of plant care and protection. It can be gently wiped off with a damp cloth if preferred.
Open-box shipping
To help plants stay in better condition during transit, some orders may be packed and delivered in open boxes or ventilated packaging.
Plant condition on arrival
Upon receiving your plant, please check the soil and water it if the soil feels dry. Minor yellowing, leaf marks, leaf dropping, or slight stress from transit may happen and are considered normal for live plants.
Listing and identification
We ship the plant variety as shown in the listing. However, due to natural variation, each individual plant may not look exactly like the product photo. Claims based solely on appearance differences, natural variation, or “mislabeled” concerns arising from such variation will not be accepted.
