Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Because plants are live and perishable items, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Non-returnable & non-refundable situations
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

Minor yellowing, leaf dropping, leaf marks, bruising, or transplant/transit stress

Natural differences in color, size, shape, fullness, or leaf pattern
-
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall health of the plant

White residue or marks caused by fungicide powder
-
Dissatisfaction with the appearance of the plant compared to listing photos
-
Claims that a plant is “mislabeled” where the correct plant variety has been sent
-
Issues caused by delayed unpacking, improper care, overwatering, underwatering, or unsuitable growing conditions after delivery
Eligible refund or replacement claims
We will only review refund or replacement requests if:

the wrong item was sent, or
-
the item is missing, or
-
the plant arrived severely damaged
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Required proof for claims
For any missing or severely damaged item, a continuous unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show:

the unopened package before opening
-
the plant inside the box
-
the full process of removing the plant from the packaging
-
the condition of the plant upon arrival
Photos alone may not be sufficient for claim review.
If no continuous unboxing video is provided, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, Noi Gardens may, at our discretion:

issue a replacement, or
-
issue a partial refund, or
-
issue a full refund
Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
